Pick up almost any book on creativity, and this message will be repeated throughout in different ways. Passion For Work: Passion and energy for work and success are important. Time Management: Learn to get as many results as possible each day. Most people spend 20% of the day getting 80% of the results. Don't waste time with small chat. Respect each team member's time! Have your thoughts in order before approaching a team member. Manage your time: Prioritize what's important. Write down and follow through with needed tasks. If you are addicted to your TV, give it to a charity for your tax deduction. TV is a major time waster. Get more results by learning to manage your time effectively.
